Total Project Management Group Ltd (TPMG) is a Scotland-based fabrication and mechanical engineering contractor headquartered in Loanhead, Midlothian. We specialise in design-led fabrication, pipework systems, modular mechanical assemblies and site installation across regulated industrial environments.

Our core capability is the delivery of high-integrity mechanical systems from concept through to installation and commissioning. This includes 3D model interrogation, fabrication, quality assurance, material traceability, shop assembly and site installation. We operate to recognised quality and safety standards and regularly deliver projects where reliability, documentation and traceability are critical.

TPMG currently supports major manufacturing and energy clients including international distillation and process plant operators. Our work includes stainless and carbon steel pipework systems, skid fabrication, utilities, process plant installation, shutdown works and brownfield modifications within live operational facilities.

We are now applying these transferable skills into offshore wind and energy transition projects. Our fabrication-first approach, controlled workshop environment and experience working within constrained operational sites aligns with offshore wind balance-of-plant, onshore substations, hydrogen, energy-from-waste and associated infrastructure.

Our objective is to become a Scottish delivery partner capable of supporting developers and Tier-1 contractors with prefabricated mechanical packages and installation support for Forth & Tay offshore wind developments and wider UK projects.
