- Assembly of floating offshore wind substructures at our Methil port facility, with capacity to assemble and launch one full structure (circa 4,000t) per month. Full assembly, welding, fabrication, fit out and launch capabilities, with full in-house project management, engineering and operations functions. 200,000 m2 of laydown and assembly areas with own operated quay and water depth of 8.2m C.D. at quay.
Case studies
Full engineering, project management and execution of the decommissioning and recycling of Spirit Energy DP3 and DP4 topside facilities, and DP3 and DP4 jackets at our Methil facility (23,000 tonnes of structures).

Full design, fabrication, structural engineering, project management, operations execution, HSE management, reuse and recycling, crane operations, SPMT movements and deconstruction services completed in-house. All load-in in of structures, engineering design and decommissioning completed over a 2 year period with 99.2% reuse and recycling of all materials by weight achieved.
