Case studies
Two year contract gained with SGRE for x4 Offshore windfarms (Meerwind, Amrumbank, DanTysk and Sandbank) in German waters completing Statutory Inspections and repairs including retrofit works and 5 year overhauls. Works completed from a combination of SOV based teams and CTV based teams working from the island of Helgoland. Inspection works of Transition Piece such as SRL's, pad eyes and Davit Cranes and then onto the Tower completing such as assets as the Service Lift (Skyman/Avanti), ladders, fall arrest safety line, Nacelle Crane (HIAB), tower and hub anchor points. Works included repairs of service lift and overhauls of HIAB crane inclusive of filter change and oil exchange. Works completed with small PAX number completing multiple assets per day. PAX are multi-skilled disciplines such as electrical/mechanical backgrounds.
Contract type: Fixed proce contract for two years. Our fourth year on some of these widfarms.
Performing balance of Plant Inspections for OMM/Semco Maritime in the Baltic Sea from the Port of Sassnitz. Works included completion of Iberdrola aligned Task Cards for various "lifting engineer" activities from loose items to substantial Davit and MAP (Ferri) cranes. Repair and overhaul included such as wire exchange, Electrical fault finding and component exchange, annual bolt torquing etc.
Contract type: Day rate 2018/19 moving to Fixed price in 2020.
