We provide Digitisation services to convert paper based information to digital content which makes it very easy to find and retrieve key elements of information rapidly and effectively. This is idea for survey plans, maps, compliance documentation, surveys, drawings, HR records, contacts, and any form of archival records.

We also provide 3D printing and 3D scanning equipment and services to a wide range of clients thoughout the UK. This includes specialist scanning systems from Leica Geosysystems and Routescene LIDAR systems which can be used with vehicle and drone technology for site surveys, planning and estimation.

We have our own techncial support and development team based in Glasgow

Case studies

We were contracted by Schlumberger to convert their worldwide 3rd party contractors details from a paper based system to digital to allow their central finance system to be loaded with all relevant and up to date payment details wihtin thier new corproate finance system. This project was carried out in by our staff and equipment which was transported and installed in Brussels over a period of a number of months.

Contract type: Fixed Price Service Contract

Value: £ 65,000

We provided all elements to deliver this project onsite in the clients office in Brussels over a period of 3 months. This included all techncial equipment and infrastructure including digital scanners, networks, system secutity workstations. We also provided all system software workflow, progams and verification and validation software. The project was staffed by our own operational personnel for the period of the contract from Glasgow The entire process was contraolled by our robust Operational Management System which has full ISO 9000 quality management and ISO 27001 Data Security compliance The project was delvered and controlled by our our Project Management team The project was supported by our own in house technical support team All logistical elements were carried out by our own team

Upon the acquisition of a new oil field by Enquest we were commissioned to take the exisiting paper based asst register of the previous owner of all items that were deplyed in the North Sea and convert these to a new digital format and reclassfy these to the specification provided by Enquest. This was a large and complex process and needed exensive software devleopment and addtional programming to allow our systems for recognise the text based script from old spreadsheet records.

Value: £ 95,000

We provided all services to delver this contract using our exisiting infrastructure from our Glasgow office. We provided a proof of concept in the inital stage of designing the project and its delveables and outlined the work that would be required to capture and validate the details from the exsiting asset register and how this would then be validated and veriified to our clients system We develeoped the data capture applicaiton and an enhanced in-house optical character recognition system that would was able to recognise the faded text to allow it automatically capture the text from the paper based forms and then allow our trianed personnel to interprete the confirm that data that was collected. We developed the interface bwween the data output and the digitial asset sysytem used by our client and updated this on regular intervals throughout the project.
