From our 57,000 sq.ft facility in East Kilbride, Glasgow, Scotland, our impressive range of multi-axis small to large capacity machine tools, combined with technical knowledge, expertise and flexibility allows us to offer full turnkey machining solutions and customer specific sub-contract operations. Our fully integrated facility also includes more specialised equipment for machining difficult or intricate features. This includes brush copper plating, non-destructive testing, honing, gun drilling, spark erosion and wire erosion services.

The development of a sub-sea field to connect it to an existing FPSO. The components required to integrate are to be used on the water injection pipes to connect liners and can also be used to release trapped air between the connected parts. Q-Mass contracted to supply corrosion resistant material Alloy 625 as well as polymer components.
