Inch Cape Supply Chain Expo: 12-13 June 2024
Meet Inch Cape and their suppliers
Date: Wednesday 12 June and Thursday 13 June 2024
Times: Day One 12.00 - 18.00 (UK BST)
Day Two 08.15 - 12.30 (UK BST)
Venue: Forth Ports Leith Cruise Terminal, Ocean Drive, Leith, Edinburgh, EH6 6JJ
Forth & Tay Offshore are delighted to be supporting Inch Cape with their Supply Chain Expo on 12-13 June, organised by NOF and hosted by Forth Ports.
After more than 12 years in development, the Inch Cape project is assembling its Tier 1 contractors ready to start full construction. The Inch Cape team is keen to ensure UK companies are well-placed to bid for contracts with their Tier 1s and would like to welcome the local supply chain to a face-to-face event held over two days in June 2024.
A number of the project’s Tier 1s will be exhibiting over two days and there will be opportunities to hear from them directly, book one-to-ones and meet with others in the offshore wind supply chain. There will also be the chance to find out the latest on the project and have a tour of the port at Leith, for those keen to see how it's being developed.
There are limited places for this free event so we ask that you keep attendees to one per company and choose either Day One or Day Two.

Who should attend?
The event is recommended for existing and potential suppliers to the offshore wind sector, particularly those with a local presence or facilities. While attendees can come on either of the days, Day One will focus on wind turbine generators and the wider project and Day Two on the electrical transmission system.
Inch Cape’s available Tier 1 contractors will be present on both days for conversations at exhibition stands or for one-to-ones with suppliers offering goods or services relevant to their requirements.
Those who would like to have one-to-one meetings should register for their preferred day, and then tick the box indicating an interest in one-to-ones. Forth & Tay Offshore will then be in contact to arrange these.

Our host: Forth Ports
Forth Ports is Scotland's largest port group, operating seven strategically positioned ports along the east coast. The Port of Dundee contains Scotland’s first purpose-built renewables hub, currently serving as the marshalling site for the NNG wind farm.
Meanwhile, in Leith, Forth Ports is investing over £50 million to establish another renewable hub on a 175-acre site.
The project includes a riverside berth designed to accommodate the largest offshore wind installation vessels worldwide and will feature a heavy lift capacity of up to 100 tonnes per square meter. It is backed by adjacent land for logistics, marshalling, and manufacturing. These initiatives underscore Forth Ports' commitment to advancing Scotland’s renewable energy ambitions and achieving its net-zero targets.
