Technical equipment, specialist training and operational support services for height safety and rescue professionals

Since 1997, we have manufactured a complete range of specialist equipment for work at height and rescue including fall arrest and general personal protective equipment (PPE).  We are the only UK manufacturer that specialises in the design of technical fall protection equipment who offers complementary training and support services via our national network of height safety training centres.

Manufacturing

Our portfolio of products includes harnesses, helmets, ascenders, descenders, fall arrestors, rope grabs, rope, lanyards, anchors & slings, pulleys, connectors and rescue stretchers.

Our equipment is designed with the highest margins of safety and tested beyond the requirements of international standards.

Specialist Training

We have a long and established history within height safety and were pivotal in bringing “BS 8454 Code of Practice for delivery of training and education for work at height and rescue” into existence. To date we have delivered over 145,000 training days, providing work at height and rescue training throughout the UK and across the world.  We have a national network of dedicated Height Safety Centres with training venues in Aberdeen, Leeds, Kendal, London and Birmingham and giving clients the convenience of choice, reducing downtime and minimising cost.

heightec are approved training providers of Global Wind Organisation (GWO) and IRATA industrial rope access. Our GWO training courses include registration on GWO WINDA database.
