Motive have shared two case studies to showcase what they can do.

Case study 1: Motive Certification & Inspection were hired to carry out a multi-scope of work during a critical 14-day docking period. Delivered by a single team, the work scope had to be completed within a small window of opportunity on-board a DSV/construction vessel. Read more. 

Case Study 2: This project was initially requested for a 12-hr day shift to carry out a vessel demob/mob and davit/winch seafastenings onboard the Siem Spearfish. Growth in project activities during the work scope relied on Motive adapting resources and deploying additional manpower at short notice to ensure the vessel remained on-schedule. Read more.
